The subject of the contract includes the following services:

1.) Licenses
A city license for an unlimited number of users for a minimum duration of 3 years and a maximum total duration of up to 12 years (annual termination option by the contracting authority (AG) after the end of the minimum duration), from acceptance of the overall system by the AG. It must be ensured that at least 40 users can access the system simultaneously and make changes. The license includes the service and maintenance, as described in the annex
