The subject of the contract resulting from this procedure is the acquisition and provision of the integrated ITS system as well as the execution of works and the provision of design services, verification of projects, and technical assistance during execution for the investment objective "Integrated ITS System Smart & Green Mobility for the Bucharest - Ilfov region – Passenger Information at Public Transport Stations", according to the specifications.
The investment objective aims at the digitization of the provision of information regarding the circulation schedule of vehicles at public transport stations, considering that the stations represent the first interface between passengers and the public transport system, thus representing one of the most important ways to invite potential users into the system. By installing information means (e-paper panels/e-paper totems and multimedia screens) at public transport stations and at the same time creating a command and control center that will integrate with future ITS systems, it will increase the attractiveness of public transport in Bucharest Municipality.
The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation is a maximum of 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
The contracting authority mentions that it will respond to requests for clarifications addressed by economic operators until the deadline established in the Participation Announcement. Any request for clarifications must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).

By installing information means (e-paper panels/e-paper totems and multimedia screens) at public transport stations and at the same time creating a command and control center that will integrate with future ITS systems, it will increase the attractiveness of public transport in Bucharest Municipality.
The awarding documentation refers to - the provision and implementation of the intelligent transport system (ITS), which includes the following: design and execution of installation works, commissioning of all elements and implementation of the system, including technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works for the intelligent transport system (ITS); - warranty services and technical assistance services in accordance with the requirements mentioned in the Specifications.
Detailed information regarding the facilities and equipment, execution of works, and provision of design services, verification of projects and technical assistance during execution to be purchased are included in the specifications provided by the contracting authority in the open online auction that will be conducted on SEAP.
The technical characteristics for the facilities/equipment to be provided are specified in the specifications.
The duration of the contract is 13 months distributed as follows:
a) for the provision of design services: 1 month from the date specified in the Administrative Order to start;
b) for the execution of works, provision, installation, commissioning of equipment, as well as technical assistance from the designer: maximum 12 months from the start date specified in the Administrative Order to start, to which is added the duration of the warranty and technical support period from the declared winning offer, of at least 3 years (36 months).
