1. The subject of the order is the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of up to 1 MWp and energy storage along with the necessary technical infrastructure and the construction of a transformer station and a connection to the SN-15kv grid.
2. The scope of work included in this executive project includes the following elements:
▪ Installation of photovoltaic modules and inverters to the structure,
▪ Installation of energy storage along with the execution of low voltage wiring to the transformer station,
▪ Execution of low voltage DC cable lines from photovoltaic modules to inverters,
▪ Execution of low voltage AC cable lines from inverters to the transformer station,
▪ Execution of high voltage lines from the transformer station,
▪ Execution of a monitoring system for the operation of the photovoltaic installation,
▪ Execution of the installation of equipotential bonding connections.
2. In the case of using materials, devices, products, or equivalent solutions within the meaning of Art. 99 sec. 5 or Art. 101 sec. 4 of the Act, the Contractor is obliged to indicate them in the offer and to submit technical data sheets or other documents confirming that the offered offer/equivalent solutions meet the requirements of the Ordering Party described in the subject of the order. If the Contractor does not submit the aforementioned documents or the submitted documents are incomplete (thus failing to confirm the equivalence of the offer in the scope described in the subject of the order), the Ordering Party will not call for their submission/completion.
3. During the execution of the contract, at the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to present safety marks, declarations of conformity or technical approvals or certificates of conformity with the Polish Standard transferring European standards or standards of the member states of the European Economic Area transferring this standard or other standards or documents, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law.
4. Whenever in the technical specifications for execution and acceptance of work, technical documentation refers to Polish standards, it should be understood as Polish standards transferring European standards or standards of other member states of the European Economic Area or other standards or documents referred to in Art. 101 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act.
5. The materials and devices used to execute the contract must meet the quality requirements for products allowed for trading and use in construction specified in the Act of July 7, 1994, the Construction Law (t.j. Dz.U.2025.418 t.j. as of April 1, 2025), the Act of April 16, 2004, on construction products (t.j. Dz.U.2021.1213 t.j. as of July 5, 2021) and the requirements of technical specifications, execution, and acceptance of works and SWZ.
