The services will be subject to two single-award framework agreements with no minimum but a maximum of 600,000 euros excluding VAT per period and per lot, executed by issuing purchase orders as defined by articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
It is carried out by the Department of Sarthe, coordinator of the purchasing group made up of 93 municipalities and 5 inter-municipal communities for lot No. 1 and 90 municipalities and 5 communities for lot No. 2.
In this context, the Department of Sarthe is responsible for conducting the entire public procurement process on behalf of the group.
Each entity is then responsible for executing the framework agreement for its relevant needs.
