Traveler information systems are a key piece for the operation and communication strategy of Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana (FGV). Therefore, it is necessary to evolve these systems to improve the quality of information and respond to the needs and expectations of travelers. Currently, FGV has the need to design and implement a new comprehensive communication and traveler information system across the FGV network in both Valencia and Alicante, through which travelers can communicate and receive all information related to the development of the transportation service provided, with the goal of providing accurate and reliable information in a timely manner from any available output device (tele-indicators, digital signage, website, app, etc.). The overall objective of SiIV_360º is to improve the treatment and transmission of all the information generated in a centralized and synchronized manner, with reliability, interoperability of access, and interrelation among different sources that generate the information.
