1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of the Zielona Góra Traffic Management System, carried out as part of the project titled "Improvement of public transport efficiency in Zielona Góra – Stage II." The contract includes the expansion and enhancement of the functionalities of the existing ITS system or the construction of a new traffic management system. The scope of work includes, in particular, connecting traffic signals to the Central Traffic Management System, expanding the control area, reconstructing intersections (including roundabouts) and implementing traffic signals that allow prioritization of public transport, building measurement stations based on video detection, expanding IT infrastructure, data transmission networks, city monitoring systems, and equipping the Traffic Control Center. The aim of the contract is to improve road traffic conditions, particularly for public transport, through effective traffic management and control in accordance with applicable regulations and the Functional-Utility Program.
2. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the Functional-Utility Program along with attachments (No. 1 - 7) included in attachment No. I.4 to the terms of reference.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in attachment No. I.2 to the terms of reference and in the documents referred to in point 3.6 of the terms of reference.
4. The task is co-financed by the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program. Activity FENX.03.01 Urban Transport, priority FENX.03 Urban Transport.
