The subject of this public contract is the purchase of a control security system, revitalization and enhancement of the resilience of the data center, and the implementation of an ISMS system according to the measures listed below:
- Automatic, periodic monitoring of the security status of IT systems and applications
- Revitalization of the backup data center
- Enhancement of the resilience and availability of the primary data center
- Implementation of an ISMS system according to the Cybersecurity Act and a system for active management of security threats and risks.

Considering the nature of the information and their protection under Act No. 181/2014 Coll., on cybersecurity, the contracting authority will provide Appendices No. 1, 2, and 3 of the procurement documentation upon request from the supplier and against the presentation of a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in accordance with Appendix No. 13 of the procurement documentation.
The non-disclosure agreement (NDA) must be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of or for the supplier. If the agreement is signed by an authorized representative, a power of attorney must be attached to the agreement, which has been granted to such a person for this purpose.
Requests from suppliers along with the attached signed non-disclosure agreement can be sent via the electronic tool E-ZAK in the form of a message to the contracting authority.
