The subject of this procurement is:
1) Design, implementation, and deployment of a Chatbot (with live chat functionality) based on artificial intelligence, integrated with external systems such as the QMS queue system and the BB Reporting system, and its implementation within the Main City Portal, Public Information Bulletin, and City Council Portal (if the option right is exercised).
2) Design, implementation, and deployment of a Voicebot based on artificial intelligence, integrated with the QMS queue system on the Contracting Authority’s helpline.
3) Restructuring of the Main City Portal including:
a) implementation of a multisite architecture along with the design, creation, and comprehensive deployment of content within this architecture from the following websites:

- https://komunikacja.bielsko-biala.pl
- https://strazmiejska.bielsko.pl
- https://pelnakultura.info (The Contracting Authority allows implementation on any CMS)
b) making necessary modifications to modules and building new modules within the Main City Portal multisite architecture to enable implementation and effective operation of this environment with the Chatbot.
4) Option right: restructuring of the City Council Portal available at https://rm.bielsko-biala.pl, involving design, execution, and comprehensive deployment of the Portal as an independent website along with implementation of the Chatbot mentioned in point 1 above.
