Periodic delivery of reagents, chemicals, and consumables for the needs of the Medical Diagnostic Laboratory for Genomic Diagnostics at the Center for Molecular Medicine (CMM), Medical Faculty, Medical University – Sofia in 12 separate lots, described in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The offered reagents, chemicals, and consumables (referred to as goods) from all separate lots must fully meet all requirements specified in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1 of the public procurement documentation. In the Technical specifications, there are no requirements directing towards a specific manufacturer or supplier, nor trade marks, patents, or origin characterizing the items. In case the Employer indicates in the Technical Specification standards, models, sources, processes, trade marks, patents, types, origin, or production, it should be noted “and/or equivalent”.
