With this tender, the municipality of Richterswil grants concessions for the implementation and operation of public charging stations in municipal parking lots. The municipality aims to offer an attractive and needs-based charging network in its area.

For the already predefined locations No. 1-3 (see Document D "Description and Specifications of the Locations"), the municipality will realize the basic infrastructure and the network expansion (development stage C2 according to SIA 2060). The installation of the charging infrastructure (development stage D according to SIA 2060) as well as the entire operation will be taken over by the concessionaires. For location No. 4, both the installation of the basic infrastructure and the charging stations will be taken over by the concessionaires.

For the occupancy of public parking spaces and the use of the basic infrastructure and network expansion financed by the municipality, the bidders must pay the municipality a concession fee in the form of an annual location rent.
