Delivery of two unmanned aerial systems /UAS/

The procurement shall include:

1. Delivery of 2 (two) unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) /ship UAS and mobile UAS/, comprising:

- one or more UAVs with vertical take-off and landing for each UAS from the board a border-police patrol vessel underway;

- for each of the UAVs an electronic-optical monitoring system with a combined color and thermal imaging camera;

- ship stationary control station with antenna control module for the ship UAS with data transmission and reception system and flight control software;

- mobile control station with antenna control module for the mobile UAS with data transmission and reception system and flight control software;

- UAVs of the ship and mobile UAS to be identical and interchangeable.

2. UAV insurance for the first year of the warranty period;

3. Warranty period and warranty maintenance of the supplied equipment:

- not less than 24 months for UAS ground or ship equipment.

- not less than 12 months for each UAV or 200 flight hours, whichever is the first;

4. Training of 4 operators for the operation of UAS and 2 experts with the right to conduct follow-up training of operators to work with UAS.

For the purposes of this procurement, an unmanned aircraft system shall be equipment providing aerial surveillance of a specific section of the Earth's surface and the transmission of the information from such observation to a ship or mobile control station.

The requirements of the contracting authority are specified in detail in the Technical Specification (Appendix No 1) and the draft contract (Appendix No 6).
