The subject of the public procurement includes next-generation sequencing (NGS), which will analyze over 400 genes, as well as the introns of more than 40 genes for clinically important changes at the DNA level in the individual lots. These genes are relevant for the diagnosis and/or treatment of various solid tumors according to National Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines and medical literature. The analysis is performed to be able to detect all four types of genomic abnormalities (SNV, InDel, CNV and Fusion) and also generate results (TMB, bTMB and MSI) that can help in targeting cancer immunotherapies.
