1. The subject of the order is the expansion of IT systems, digitalization of medical documentation, increasing the level of cybersecurity of the unit, and implementing AI solutions along with connection to the central medical data repository. The scope of the investment includes: 1) Purchase or expansion or integration of hospital systems; 2) Purchase or expansion or integration of domain and peripheral systems of the provider, e.g., LIS, RIS, PACS, CIS, EHR with HIS; 3) Integration of hospital systems with P1; 4) Purchase of ICT equipment for the computerization or digitization of hospitals: servers, storage systems, network switches, workstations, mobile devices, e-ID readers, signature collection tools; 5) Training of employees on the operation of hospital systems implemented within the project; 6) Purchase of equipment for the digitalization of paper documentation including the information card; 7) Purchase or modification or integration of hospital IT systems serving the indexing of EDM in the P1 system; 8) backup system; 9) firewall; 10) email protection; 11) network segmentation; 12) protection of workstations and servers (EDR/XDR); 13) information security management system; 14) training for management staff and medical and administrative personnel; 15) SOC; 16) integration and data exchange with the smart services platform (PUI) in the context of AI, supporting the doctor's diagnostic and treatment decision-making process;
