regiobus Potsdam Mittelmark GmbH is inviting tenders for electrical planning services for the establishment of charging infrastructure for electric buses at the depot located at Hamburger Straße 6, 14532 Stahnsdorf. The existing plot of land (parcel 432 = approx. 9,000 m²) features the current bus depot, which was built in 2003. The depot includes an administrative building with an adjoining workshop and washing facility, a gas station, and parking spaces for 43 buses and cars. The buses currently operating at this site are exclusively powered by a conventional diesel engine. Due to the applicable legal framework, regiobus will gradually convert its fleet to battery-electric drive starting in 2028. Therefore, a charging infrastructure for the buses and cars will be planned and constructed, adhering to current regulations and the state of technology. Currently, the following number of charging points is to be established: 20 charging points at 22 KW for cars on the existing site, 20 charging points at 150 KW for buses, with an option for an additional 10 charging points later. The planning must comply with the applicable regulations from VDV (Association of German Transportation Companies), such as for LMS and BMS (IVU). The local network operator provides 3.0 MW of electrical power for this construction project.
