1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment under the National Oncology Strategy program titled Purchase of equipment for pathomorphological diagnostics for SPWSZ in Szczecin.
2. The contractor is obliged to execute the order under the terms and conditions described in the draft agreement, which constitutes Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, as well as in the Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ.
3. The financing of the execution of the subject of the order is planned to be sourced from a grant from the Ministry of Health within the framework of the national Oncology Strategy titled “Purchase of equipment for pathomorphological diagnostics,” which was announced in the second half of 2025. The funds obtained by the hospital will be used to equip the investment related to the construction of the Pathomorphology Department in Zdunowo.
4. The contracting authority reserves the right to annul this procurement process based on Article 257 of the PZP, if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order are not granted to it.
