Planning Services for Hydrogen Pipeline H2@Hochrhein Phases 1 and 2.
The badenovaNETZE GmbH is planning the construction of a hydrogen pipeline from Grenzach-Wyhlen to Waldshut-Tiengen to make hydrogen accessible for industrial and logistics companies on both sides of the Hochrhein. Our pipeline project H2@Hochrhein is intended to form the backbone of future hydrogen supply along the Hochrhein while enabling the connection of Baden-Württemberg to the national and European hydrogen infrastructure. Route Planning For the approximately 49 km hydrogen pipeline from Albbruck to Grenzach-Wyhlen, the most efficient route for the construction of the hydrogen pipeline is being sought and documented for further HOAI services 3-8. Several route variants (at least 3) should be presented, which will ultimately lead to the definition of the route that will then be used in the approval process of the planning approval procedure. Existing routes such as gas networks, water networks, brine networks, etc. should be proposed and defined. One premise is that the route primarily runs through public areas and minimizes passage through private properties. Technical Setup of the Hydrogen Pipeline The planned pipeline route will be approximately 49,000 m (49 km) in length. The pipeline is to be designed as a high-pressure steel pipeline with a pressure > 16 bar according to the Gas High-Pressure Pipeline Regulation. The following values are currently used for the design and are to be verified in the further course of the project: Design Pressure DP = 70 bar Diameter Dimension 500 mm (20") Basic information for the participation application: The participation applications must be submitted in German. The subsequent negotiation process, the contract design, and the provision of the service must also be conducted in German. Attached documents for this participation application are to be numbered and clearly assigned to the text fields of the respective participation entries with attachment no. - unambiguously.
