The goal of this public procurement is to select a Contractor to whom the Municipality of Lovetch will assign the development of an investment project in the "Working Project" phase for the site, the execution of construction and installation works, and the exercise of authorial supervision during the construction for the implementation of the investment “Construction/Upgrade of Green Infrastructure to Reduce Secondary Dust Emission in Urban Areas within the Regulatory Boundaries of the Urbanized Territories of Lovetch, Municipality of Lovetch“ – a project that is applying for funding under the "Environmental" Program 2021-2027, Priority Axis – Air, Procedure Name - Green Measures in Urban Areas (3) with procedure code - BG16FFPR002-5.008.
The main objectives of the project are:
- Significant improvement of air quality;
- Improvement and greening of important elements of the urban environment;
- Reduction of individual harmful emissions of PM10;
- Enhancement of air quality thus ensuring the safety and health of residents and visitors of the Municipality of Lovetch;
- Providing conditions for sustainability of the green urban environment and
- Meeting the requirements and compliance with EU legislation in this area.
- The constructed/upgraded publicly accessible green infrastructure is planned to cover an area of 35.52 decares.
