1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a specimen scanner with AI (artificial intelligence) software for the needs of the Hospital Pathomorphology Unit of the Multispecialty Hospital SP ZOZ in Nowa Sól. 2. This order is a separate proceeding within the framework of funding received from the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Component D “Efficiency, accessibility, and quality of the health protection system” Investment D1.1.1 “Development and modernization of the infrastructure of high-specialized care centers and other healthcare entities.” As part of the entire project, the Employer has estimated the total costs, however, the order is being placed in parts. Individual proceedings are announced according to the purchasing plan for tender proceedings for 2025. The Employer has not divided the subject of this order that is the subject of the proceeding. Due to the specificity of the subject of the order, division into parts is not possible. The lack of division of the order into parts does not prevent small and medium-sized enterprises from submitting offers in this proceeding. The entirety of this order is tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
