1. The subject of the order is the purchase of tools and systems utilizing AI algorithms for optimizing hospital processes and organizing the work of medical or non-medical staff along with implementation and integration with the PUI, P1 (EDM) system at SPWSZ in Szczecin.
2. The contractor is obliged to carry out the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft agreement, which is an attachment No. 4 to SWZ, and in the Description of the subject of the order, which is an attachment No. 1 to SWZ.
3. The detailed Description of the Subject of the Order is an attachment No. 1 to SWZ.
4. The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of co-financing the execution of the subject of the order by the European Union from funds derived from the National Recovery Plan as part of the project titled: D1.1.2 Acceleration of digital health transformation processes through further development of digital services in health care according to application No. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0205/25 within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
5. The contracting authority reserves the right to annul this procurement process based on art. 257 PZP if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order are not granted.
