1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of geotechnical documentation for the investment titled "Conducting works to enable water transport to the External Port in Świnoujście." A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract and in Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ – Draft Agreement.
2. The contracting authority does not foresee in this proceeding requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law.
