1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task titled: “SOC Service for Monitoring Network and Server Infrastructure in the Hospital” as part of the project titled: “Implementation of e-Services at CSK UM in Łódź”. 2. Due to the extensive description - a detailed description of the subject of the contract, delivery details are primarily contained in Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the OFFER – Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ “Technical Parameters” completed in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. 3. Failure to submit Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ constitutes a lack of possibility to assess the offer and thus the basis for rejecting the offer from the procedure. 4.
