Within the framework of the dynamic purchasing system (DPS), public procurement contracts will be awarded for the delivery of laboratory reagents and consumables necessary for the implementation of scientific, project, and educational activities at Plovdiv University 'PAISII HILENDARSKI'. The dynamic purchasing system is not divided into separate categories as per Article 83, paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The current procedure is divided into nomenclatures and sub-nomenclatures. Participants can submit offers for one or more nomenclatures with the corresponding sub-nomenclatures. The nature and estimated quantity of the deliveries are described through the items and technical specifications of public procurements with the same or a similar subject, awarded by PU 'Paisii Hilendarski' during the period of 2022 – 2025, detailed in the participation documentation for the procedure. The final specifications and the specific needs for certain laboratory reagents and consumables for a given period will be determined during the operation of the DPS within the framework of specific public procurement orders.
