Description:
The Energy Export Initiative aims to assist German companies in entering foreign markets by facilitating digital business trips that enhance market knowledge and foster connections with potential partners in New Zealand, focusing on energy efficiency.

The goal of the Energy Export Initiative (EIE) of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) is to support German companies (UN) offering climate-friendly energy solutions in entering foreign markets and to position German products and services internationally. An integral part of the funding offers is the energy business travel program. The aim of the (digital) energy business trips is to prepare the market entry for German SMEs by building solid market knowledge and facilitating targeted contacts with potential business partners in the respective target markets, as well as to further expand existing international activities of German SMEs.

The funding module for digital energy business trips (dGR) consists of a travel briefing, a target market analysis (ZMA), an online briefing, and an online-held specialist conference. The central element of the measure is individual discussions of German UN for targeted business initiation with potential partners from the target country.
