Description:
The procurement seeks to secure Cyber Threat Intelligence services for proactive monitoring of cybersecurity threats and to renew Cybersecurity Incident Response services for immediate expert support during significant incidents.

The purpose of this Call for Tenders is to procure Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) services and Cybersecurity incident response retainer (CIR) services, referenced 2025-11/CEB/TAM/P-CS.


LOT-0001
Lot 1 - Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Services.
The Bank intends to continue its Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) services, which have been in place for several years. These services are designed to ensure proactive monitoring, detection and analysis of potential cybersecurity threats that may affect the CEB. The objective is to enable early threat mitigation and swift response, thereby reducing the risk of potential disruption or damages to the Bank’s operations.

Lot 2 - Cybersecurity Incident Response Retainer (CIR) Services.
The CEB also wishes to renew its Cybersecurity Incident Response (CIR) retainer services. The aim is to ensure immediate access to expert support in the event of a significant cybersecurity incident.
