Description:
Delivery of four new low-floor electric buses and a charging system to enhance public transport and reduce emissions in Ostrów Wielkopolski.

1. The subject of the contract is:
1.1. delivery of 4 brand new, low-floor electric buses along with necessary and additional equipment, software, and documentation.
1.2. delivery, installation, and commissioning of a charging system consisting of 2 stationary double-position chargers with a total charging power of 200 kW (2 x 50 kW each charger) at the Client's bus depot.
2. The construction of the buses and the solutions used must ensure the operation of the buses based on an average annual mileage of 70,000 km.
3. The technical solutions applied must be tested, implemented for serial production, and their reliability must be confirmed at least in operational tests.
4. The offered buses cannot be prototypes and must be in the current sales offer and produced no earlier than 2027. A prototype is considered the first copy of an electric bus made according to prepared documentation, on which trials and tests are carried out to check the correctness of the documentation and its operation before launching serial production.
5. The design of the offered buses and all other elements made by the manufacturer must be made of stainless or corrosion-resistant materials. In the case of using corrosion-resistant materials, the bus must have anti-corrosion protection made in a closed technological cycle.
6. The offered buses must be constructed to enable their reliable long-term operation in ambient air temperatures in shaded areas from -25 °C to +40 °C.
7. The ordered buses must be manufactured using the latest achievements in technology and workshop knowledge, ensuring reliable operation with minimal maintenance work. Tested and approved materials must be used for production in business activities.
8. The bus must be powered by an electric motor with a minimum power of 160 kW, supplied by an electric energy storage with a nominal capacity of at least 250 kWh.
9. The formal requirements, technical parameters, and equipment that the offered buses and the traction battery charging system must meet are specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
10. The Contractor is obliged to make arrangements with the Client between the signing of the contract and the acceptance, in the scope and within the deadlines specified in Appendix No. 2 to the contract.
11. In case the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications, and systems of technical references mentioned in art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Pzp Act, the Client allows equivalent solutions, i.e., those that guarantee the execution of the subject of the contract in accordance with the provisions of the description of the subject of the contract and ensure obtaining technical parameters no worse than assumed.
12. If the description of the subject of the contract includes a reference to specific labels mentioned in art. 104 section 1 of the Pzp Act, the Client accepts all labels confirming that the supplies meet the equivalent requirements of the label defined by the Client.
13. If the Contractor, for reasons beyond his control, cannot obtain the label specified by the Client or an equivalent label, the Client accepts other appropriate substantive evidence, in particular the technical documentation from the manufacturer, provided that the Contractor demonstrates that the supplies he is to perform meet the requirements of the specified label.
14. The Contractor, in the event of intending to apply equivalent solutions, is obliged to indicate these solutions and demonstrate, by any means of evidence, that the proposed solutions equivalently meet the requirements laid down in the description of the subject of the contract. The burden of proving equivalency rests with the Contractor. In such a case, the above-mentioned documents will constitute substantive means of evidence.
15. The Client does not foresee requirements mentioned in art. 94 of the Pzp Act.
16. Other requirements regarding the subject of the contract are described in Chapter 3 of the SWZ.
17. The Client does not foresee or require the conduct of a site inspection, in accordance with art. 131 section 2 of the Pzp Act.
