1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 250 kW, an energy storage unit with a capacity of 1000 kWh, and 3 charging stations with a power of 80 kW each, on properties with registration numbers 380, 384/2 in the area of Polska Wieś, Municipality of Mrągowo, as part of the project entitled "Purchase of electric buses along with the construction of charging stations and energy storage and photovoltaic power plant – Energy from Nature", co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Priority 03 Urban Mobility Action FEWM.03.01 Urban Mobility, Scheme B of the regional program European Funds for Warmia and Mazury 2021-2027. 2. The scope of the order includes, among others: 1) delivery and installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 250 kW along with accompanying infrastructure, including: a) execution of switchboards R1-R5, Rinv1-Rinv25 along with the installation of cables for their power supply, b) installation of photovoltaic panels, c) installation of inverters, d) installation of lightning protection systems, e) installation of a complete structure for photovoltaic panels, f) reconstruction of the existing overhead subscriber transformer station, g) construction of a fence around the photovoltaic power plant, 2) delivery and installation of energy storage along with the power supply electrical installation, including: a) execution of foundations and concrete pavement for the energy storage, b) delivery and installation of 5 units with a total power of 250 kW 1000 kWh, c) execution of grounding and lightning protection systems, d) execution of the power supply electrical installation, 3) delivery and installation of 3 charging stations for electric buses with a power of 80 kW each; 4) execution of the electrical installation from the RPM switchboard (the RPM switchboard will be executed as part of a separate order) to the measuring and control cabinet RNNPV II (along with the cabinet) and the transformer station; 5) delivery and commissioning of a system ensuring full control over the operation of the energy storage and installation elements, allowing to manage charging and discharging processes in real-time, monitoring operating parameters and responding immediately to changing conditions; 6) delivery, installation and commissioning of software enabling monitoring, control, diagnostics, updates, data collection, and settlement of charging processes along with a license for the warranty period granted; 7) conducting training for representatives of the Contracting Authority and Operator in the scope necessary for the proper use and operation of the delivery subject;
