Description:
The contract involves implementing an automated voice service for patients, establishing a central IT events monitoring system, conducting an audit for NIS2 compliance along with updating ISMS documentation and providing cybersecurity and Microsoft training.

1. The subject of the contract is: 1) launching and implementing an automated voice service for patients, 2) launching and implementing a central IT events monitoring and analysis system, 3) conducting an audit to meet the requirements of the NIS2 directive, updating the Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation, and conducting cybersecurity training, 4) conducting training on Microsoft solutions. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 parts, which are described in detail in the annexes to the SWZ titled Functional Requirements Form - Annexes No. 2.1 - 2.4 to the SWZ - corresponding to each part of the contract. 3. The subject of this proceeding is planned to be implemented as part of a funding application for the project from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan within investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of healthcare through the further development of digital services in healthcare". Contract No. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0188/25/KPO/8/2025/466 dated December 20, 2025. 4. According to Article 17 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of June 18, 2020, the execution of the order must comply with the DNSH principle, i.e. "do no significant harm" - it must not cause significant damage regarding the six environmental objectives set out in this regulation.
