1. The subject of the order is: 1.1. delivery of Software consisting of NDR, SOAR, and Honeypot functionalities along with subscriptions valid for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery of the subscription; 1.2. extension of the subscription for devices listed in the OPZ tables No. 2, 3, and 4 or delivery of equivalent solutions. 2. The Contractor will implement the delivered solutions according to the guidelines of the Ordering Party specified in OPZ point 5. In case of providing an equivalent solution, the implementation will proceed on the terms described in OPZ point 8.8. The Contractor will prepare post-implementation documentation. 3. The Contractor will conduct remote workshops or at the Ordering Party's premises on the delivered solution for the Ordering Party's employees according to the requirements specified in OPZ point 5.7. In the case of implementing an equivalent solution, the workshops will be held based on the provisions contained in OPZ points 8.10 and 8.11. 4. The Contractor will provide Technical Assistance and Maintenance services for the delivered Software (hereinafter referred to as “ATiK”) in accordance with the provisions contained in OPZ point 6. In the case of delivering an equivalent solution, the ATiK service will be provided by the Contractor according to the provisions in OPZ points 8.12-8.18 inclusive. The ATiK service will be provided for 6 months from the date of implementation of the delivered solutions. The basis for carrying out activities under ATiK will be each time a Request from the Ordering Party. 5. The solutions delivered under the subject of the order will be covered by the Contractor's warranty, as mentioned in Paragraph 17 of Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, within the remuneration specified in Paragraph 9 section 1 of Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 6. A detailed Description of the Subject of the Order and the method of its implementation is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”) and in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Draft provisions of the Agreement, which will be introduced into the content of the Agreement for the public procurement order hereinafter referred to as “PPU”).
