The University of Bucharest intends to purchase hardware and software tools that support teachers in carrying out activities regarding the implementation of improved competencies, acquired through training, within the EDIS PED project. The acquisition will be made under the project "Digital Ecosystem for sustainable learning with open educational resources and practices".
Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 16 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.

VR glasses and VR applications for pre-university education.
99 pieces of VR glasses with the relevant software for pre-university education pre-installed will be purchased.

LOT-0002
Tool for creating educational resources (Genially licenses or equivalent).
3100 subscriptions/licenses will be purchased and delivered to the beneficiary in two tranches: one after signing the contract, and the other no later than March 2026. At the signing of the contract, UB will provide the supplier with information regarding the number of subscriptions/licenses for each of the two tranches. The activation of licenses/subscriptions will be done using the personal/institutional email addresses of the learners.

Platform for access to interactive educational materials, video lessons adapted to the national curriculum (EduBoom licenses or equivalent).
1,137 subscriptions/licenses will be purchased and delivered to the beneficiary in two tranches: one after signing the contract, and the other no later than March 2026. At the signing of the contract, UB will provide the supplier with information regarding the number of subscriptions/licenses for each of the two tranches. The activation of licenses/subscriptions will be done using the personal/institutional email addresses of the learners.

Platform for guided asynchronous learning (Code of Talent type or equivalent).
356 subscriptions/licenses will be purchased and delivered to the beneficiary in two tranches: one after signing the contract, and the other no later than March 2026.
