1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of IT systems and IT equipment for the needs of Gajda-Med County Hospital Sp. z o.o. and the provision of services in accordance with the scope outlined in the description of the subject of the contract, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the specification of contract conditions, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ". 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts: 1) Part 1 – Development of the cybersecurity system; 2) Part 2 – Development of the backup system; 3) Part 3 – Implementation of the Information Security Management System and cybersecurity training.

LOT-0001
Part 1 - Development of the cybersecurity system.
The goal of the task is to develop the cybersecurity system in accordance with the scope included in the description of the subject of the contract for part 1, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

LOT-0002
Part 2 – Development of the backup system.
The goal of the task is to develop the backup system in accordance with the scope included in the description of the subject of the contract for part 2, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

Part 3 – Implementation of the Information Security Management System and cybersecurity training.
The goal of the task is to implement the Information Security Management System and provide cybersecurity training in accordance with the scope included in the description of the subject of the contract for part 3, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
