The subject of the contract is the ongoing delivery of reagents, kits, and consumables intended for molecular diagnostics at the DNA and RNA level for the needs of the Specialist Hospital for Lung Diseases "Odrodzenie" named after Klara Jelska in Zakopane. The reagents, kits, and consumables intended for molecular diagnostics at the DNA and RNA level must be compatible with the equipment owned by the contracting authority, namely the Ion Torrent Genexus Integrated Sequencer and Genexus Purification System. The reagents must be fully compatible and validated for use with the aforementioned manufacturer's equipment; Detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (price calculation of the offer). 2. The subject of delivery must be allowed for circulation in the EU (must meet the requirements for a declaration of conformity CE-IVD for the assortment appropriately indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ); 3. The subject of the order must be delivered in the manufacturer's packaging. 4. The outer and inner packaging must contain the name of the product, the batch number, the production date, and the expiry date (if applicable). 5. The contractor must guarantee an appropriately long shelf life of the delivered products (minimum 6 months), counted from the day of delivery.
