Through the advertised framework agreement, several AI assistants in the form of chatbots will be made available to municipalities and districts (particularly in Baden-Württemberg, but also nationwide in Germany) as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) from the cloud, ensuring a data protection level in accordance with the GDPR.
