1. The subject of the order is the delivery of computing infrastructure and software (hereinafter referred to as the “System”) along with implementation and ensuring warranty service.
2. The detailed subject of the order is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order and Annex 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
3. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
