1. The subject of this order is the purchase of equipment for the Department of Pathomorphology of the Provincial Specialist Hospital named after the Blessed Virgin Mary in Częstochowa under the multi-annual program titled National Oncology Strategy for the task titled 'Purchase of Equipment for Pathomorphological Diagnostics' in 2025, co-financed from the funds of the Ministry of Health. 2. The detailed scope of the order is defined in Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ – the assortment-price form and in Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ – the description of the object of the order. Other conditions concerning the execution of the order are specified in the project of the contract provisions, which constitute Attachment No. 7 to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the order includes 5 parts. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers. A partial offer means individual parts specified in Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for any parts or for the entire subject of the order: 1) Tissue processor – 1 unit – Pathomorphology Department at Bialska St. 104/118, 2) Embedding machine – 1 unit – Pathomorphology Department at Bialska St. 104/118, 3) Stainer – 1 unit – Pathomorphology Department at Bialska St. 104/118, 4) Covering machine – 1 unit – Pathomorphology Department at Bialska St. 104/118, 5) Microtome – 3 units – Pathomorphology Department at Bialska St. 104/118, 4. The contracting authority informs about the possibility of canceling the procurement procedure based on Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, according to which the contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.
