The SEM DRANCY DEMAIN wishes to assign to the Concessionaire the provision, installation, maintenance, and operation of IRVE and vehicle charging stations.

The management of the service will be at the expense and risk of the provider, who will profit from the marketing of services to users, except for the charging stations acquired as they are installed.
The provider is entrusted with the following tasks: Financing of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (IRVE); Conducting the studies necessary for the establishment of the IRVE and their installations; Carrying out the work necessary for the establishment of the IRVE, including primary and secondary installations; Providing and installing charging stations; Operating the IRVE, including: management of the IRVE and charging stations; subscribing and managing the subscriptions with electric energy providers and internet access to ensure the operation of the IRVE; maintaining the IRVE and the stations; providing the charging service to users; setting up a Hotline service; implementing a monitoring tool; commercial operation of the IRVE and billing to Users.

The provider will be responsible, throughout the duration of the contract, for all investments and works, including renewals, necessary for the operation of the IRVE equipping the parking lots.
