The subject of this procedure is exclusively the delivery, assembly and commissioning as well as maintenance and repair of the transformer station. The contracting authority is neither a public contracting authority nor a sector contracting authority. Therefore, the contract is not subject to procurement law. Hence, there is no procurement law legal protection.
