Within the dynamic purchasing system (DPS), public procurement will be assigned through limited procedures for periodic supplies of kits, reagents, and consumables. The term of the contracts concluded based on the limited procedures within the DPS is for a duration of 24 months. The kits, reagents, and consumables are detailed in the attached forecast technical specification, grouped and enumerated with their own serial numbers and a detailed description of minimum technical specifications, unit of measure, and the corresponding quantity. The types of laboratory consumables and the forecasted quantities specified in the attached forecast technical specification may be changed when assigning each specific public procurement within the established DPS, depending on the specific needs of the Contracting Authority, by adding new laboratory consumables or changing the forecasted quantities.
