Services are needed for developing a computer program to modernize the U-Resident information system with new integrations and interaction capabilities with the Diia Portal mobile application.
This procurement is made to purchase services for developing the computer program for the modernization of the information system “U-Resident” related to the creation of new integrations and interaction with the Diia Portal mobile application (Diia) in accordance with the Technical Requirements (Annex 1 to these Tender Specifications) and the draft Contract (Annex 2 to these Tender Specifications) / Grounds for exclusion and qualification requirements: see the procurement base documents
The procurement subject is indivisible, since it refers to the development of an integrated software solution that cannot be split, since it is a single product. Due to the complexity of this procurement, splitting it into parts is not reasonable. Engaging a single Contractor to obtain the Services ensures the integrity of the development process, reduces integration-related risks, and allows to use the financial resources of the Contracting Authority in the most efficient way.
