The aim of this public procurement is to select a Contractor to whom the Lovech Municipality will assign the preparation of an investment project in the phase of "Working project" for the object, the execution of construction and installation works, and the exercise of author supervision during construction for the implementation of the investment "Construction/upgrade of green infrastructure for reducing secondary dust emissions in an urban environment within the regulatory boundaries of the urbanized areas of Lovech, Lovech municipality" – a project for which funding is being sought under the "Environment" Program 2021-2027, Priority Axis – Air, Name of the procedure - Green measures in urban environment (3) with procedure code - BG16FFPR002-5.008.
The main objectives of the project are:
- Significant improvement of air quality;
- Landscaping and greening of important elements of the urban environment;
- Reduction of individual harmful emissions of PM;
- Improvement of air quality and thus ensuring the safety and health of residents and visitors of Lovech municipality;
- Providing conditions for sustainability of the green urban environment and
- Achieving compliance with EU legislation in this area.
- The constructed/expanded publicly accessible green infrastructure is planned to cover an area of 35.52 decares.
