The subject of this Public Contract is the supply of up to 70 pieces of new single-deck electric buses with slow charging (hereinafter referred to as "electric bus") according to the specifications contained in the tender documentation (ZD) and its attachments, whereby from this total number of electric buses, up to 30 pieces of electric buses with a range of at least 350 km and up to 40 pieces of electric buses with a range of at least 250 km will be supplied, and additionally (i) the delivery of other goods specified in the Purchase Agreement, (ii) the provision of relevant technical support, (iii) the provision of additional services according to the Purchase Agreement, (iv) the delivery of all necessary documentation, as well as the provision of all necessary software. Part of the fulfillment of the Public Contract will also be the training of operators and relevant staff of the Contracting Authority in the scope and under the conditions specified in the Agreement. Part of the fulfillment under the concluded Purchase Agreement will also be the obligation of the Supplier to ensure the supply of spare parts for the electric buses for the entire lifespan of the electric buses. The Contracting Authority guarantees the take-up of 15 pieces of electric buses with a range of at least 350 km in the first phase (see Article 5 of the ZD and Article VIII of the Purchase Agreement). The number of electric buses taken up in the second phase will be determined according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority in accordance with Article VIII of the Purchase Agreement (see also Article 18.1. letter b) of the ZD). A more detailed specification of the subject of the Public Contract is contained in the binding model of the Purchase Agreement, which as Appendix No. 1 to the ZD forms an integral part of the ZD. The result of the tender procedure will be the conclusion of a Purchase Agreement with one selected Supplier, in the wording of the model Agreement, which is part of the tender conditions of the Public Contract.
