1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of the investment along with the delivery, equipment, devices, and services necessary to achieve the objective of the order, which includes constructing building works for the investment task entitled: "Construction of the Water Treatment Plant "Graniczna" and modernization of the existing Water Pumping Station facilities in Łódź." The scope of the investment task that is the subject of the order includes the construction of the water treatment plant building SUW "Graniczna" in Łódź with an office and social area, the construction of a two-chamber raw water tank (ZS1 and ZS2) with a capacity of Vuż=2x1000m3 along with its infrastructure, the construction of a hydroturbine building, the construction of a transformer building, the reconstruction of the existing Water Pumping Station building "Chojny" in Łódź along with the insulation of external partitions, the construction of an internal communication system aligned with the planned reconstruction of the ordinary exit from the municipal public road – ul. Graniczna in Łódź, the construction of a parking lot for passenger cars accessible from ul. Graniczna, the construction of a bicycle shelter, the construction of paved surfaces – sidewalks, hardened strips around the building and structures, as well as waste disposal areas, the construction of a fence for the investment area and internal divisions of the investment area along with the necessary technical infrastructure. 2. The subject of the order must be executed in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ, and the provisions of the contract draft contained in Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
