The contract aims to provide specialized consulting services for the timely execution of the SICLE CO2 Public Procurement of Innovation Project: Innovative Solutions for Local CO2 Emissions Compensation in general and, in particular, consulting for specific issues arising from the 60% co-financing of the activity through the FEDER 2021-2027 funds of the Spain Multi-Regional Operational Program, FID 4 2024 line, from the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (MCIU). The service will establish a Technical Support Office (hereinafter OTA) that will provide comprehensive technical assistance to the Department of Environment and Climate Change for the management of the SICLE CO2 project: Innovative Solutions for Local CO2 Emissions Compensation. In accordance with what is stated in the justification report of the contract, the division of the object of the contract into lots is not appropriate. The scope of the service, with a description of the activities to be carried out, is included in section 3 of the approved technical specifications document (PPT) for this contracting.
