The subject of the contract is the implementation in the form of "design, delivery and installation" of the purchase and installation of photovoltaic systems on public utility buildings and hybrid lighting in public spaces. As part of the execution of each part of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged, among other things, to develop design documentation along with performing author supervision during the implementation and to perform necessary works based on it and in accordance with applicable law and the Ordering Party's guidelines. All documents constituting the description of the subject of the order are mutually explaining and complementary documents. All works, services, tasks, and activities listed in these documents should be treated as if they were included in each of the listed documents. If any part of the works, services, tasks, or activities results from at least one of these documents, the Contractor is obliged to carry it out. In case of any discrepancies or contradictions between the indicated documents, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the higher standard or greater number resulting from these documents, unless the Ordering Party instructs otherwise.

Note. 1. The Ordering Party recommends submitting an offer after the Contractor has conducted a site visit to the facilities and areas covered by the subject of the order to verify the conditions for performing this order and properly estimate the offer price. 2. The implementation of the subject of the order will be carried out in active and used facilities.
