Supply of products and services related to the Remote Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Fixed-Wing Class MINI Vertical Take Off and Landing (VTOL) subject to the issuance of Military Type Certification and Military Type Qualification. The system must support different types of sensors. The operational range of the expected aircraft must not be less than 40Km, the endurance must not be less than 240 minutes, and the propulsion must be electric. Supply of spare parts, equipment and devices for maintenance activities, backpacks and cases for operational transport, on-site technical assistance on call, technical assistance through telematic channels, engineering support, training courses for operators and for maintainers, and training courses for operators and maintainers instructors.
The RPAS and its related equipment, including maintenance and transport equipment and devices, must comply with European and national occupational safety regulations.
The RPAS must have passed Cyber Electro-Magnetic (CEM) assessments.
