The subject of the public procurement is the acquisition of a management information system (hereinafter referred to as "MIS") for the Zlin Region, to be used in the healthcare sector.
The subject of the public procurement includes: a) delivery, installation, and implementation of the management information system (MIS), including all necessary software at all levels, provision of all required third-party licenses, ensuring and implementing a communication interface for connecting with other internal and external information systems of the contracting authority, integration of the MIS into the contracting authority's environment, all work related to the optimization of the MIS, migration and validation of data from the currently used MIS of the contracting authority, training of MIS users, provision of complete documentation of the system in online form including up-to-date user guides, and preparation of an exit plan according to the procurement conditions, contract for the public procurement, and its annexes; b) providing operational support for the MIS; c) providing development for the MIS; and d) preparing an exit plan and cooperating in its implementation.
