The subject of the public procurement in applied research and innovations is to obtain proposals for solutions and the solution itself for the project, in the form of an innovation partnership management for services in applied research or innovations. The project has attributes of applied research or innovation. The subject of the solution is defined as the Project Framework in Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
The purpose of this public procurement is to find the most suitable solution in the phases outlined below, through the conclusion of a support contract according to the ZPVV, based on which a maximum of 3 participants will process the solution/design of the project. A separate contract will be concluded with each participant.
Subsequently, the number of participants will be reduced to one participant in the relevant phase of the innovation partnership, with whom a support contract will be concluded, subject to creating the solution that emerged from the previous phases of the innovation partnership.
