The subject of the order is: Delivery and installation along with the commissioning of complete photovoltaic installations and energy storage systems, as well as obtaining the required formal and legal documentation compliant with applicable regulations, enabling their operation for the following public utility buildings: a) Municipality Office Building A; ul. Wiejska 40, 34-324 Lipowa Photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 10 kWp Energy storage with a capacity of 50 kWh c) ZSP Leśna; ul. Świętego Michała Archanioła 140, 34-300 Leśna Photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 30 kWp; d) ZSP Lipowa; ul. Jana Pawła II 3, 34-324 Lipowa Photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 34 kWp; e) ZSP Sienna; ul. Świętej Jadwigi Śląskiej 50, 34-300 Żywiec Photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 28 kWp; f) ZSP Słotwina; ul. ks Ferdynanda Sznajdrowicza 11, 34-324 Słotwina Photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 30 kWp; 2. The order includes: a) Delivery and installation of photovoltaic panels and energy storage systems along with necessary equipment based on the 'Technical Documentation' which is annexed to the SWZ, b) Notifying the Commander of the District State Fire Service in Żywiec about the commissioning of the photovoltaic installation, c) Preparation of as-built documentation, consisting of documents confirming the proper execution of work, compliance with standards, readiness of installations for operation. d) Delivery of the Energy Management System for all renewable energy installations 2.
