The subject of the order includes the purchase, implementation, and maintenance of a stationary remote water meter reading system for servicing the infrastructure of Aquanet S.A. using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The technology should use long-range communication techniques in a licensed band being the leading technology solution. The subject of the order includes the execution of the following tasks: 1. Delivery of radio modules along with installation and configuration on the water meters of the Ordering Party at locations indicated by the Ordering Party's employees and connecting them to the System, 2. Purchase, delivery, creation, and launch of a System for collecting reading data (gathering, transferring via API, sharing), integration with the Ordering Party's systems on the terms described in the SWZ, 3. Maintenance and operation of the System on the terms specified in the SWZ, 4. Installation or replacement of radio modules by the Contractor, 5. Dismantling of radio modules operating within the currently used remote water meter reading system of the Ordering Party, 6. Providing a mobile application for local configuration and servicing of radio modules and for managing installation and service work, 7. Provision of services related to the operation of the stationary remote reading system including data storage and access along with a telecommunications service, 8. Conducting necessary training for the Ordering Party's employees, 9. Providing complete documentation of the supplied system along with the telecommunications solution.
