The demand for the services provided by the Client is high and is expected to continue increasing over the coming years due to Norrköping Municipality's ambitions to significantly digitize various municipal operations. As a result, there is a need to expand and strengthen services in the IT security area.
Another success factor is to act with high flexibility regarding staffing in the short term and with little notice to meet new assignments, projects, and changes in existing assignments. The Client thus requires a framework agreement for successive engagements of consulting support in a number of different areas within IT and information security. The consultants will support the Client's ongoing operations as needs arise. The assignments will primarily be carried out on-site at the Client's location.
