The object of the contract consists of the supply of equipment for the "Update of Pollutant Emissions Laboratory to EURO 6e Standard", which includes the supply, installation, commissioning, configuration, integration into the Horiba STARS VETS infrastructure used by DSGSP for the coordination of the dynamometric stand systems and the processing of obtained data, ensuring the implementation of the entire update process of the laboratory to the Euro 6e standard, included in the price of the supplied equipment. The purchase is made from own funds. The signing of the contract by the Purchaser will take place after the approval date of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget of R.A.R. – R.A. for the year 2026, as well as the Annual Investment Plan for the year 2026. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation (art. 160 para. (1) of Law 98/2016 and art. 103 para. (1) of HG 395 with subsequent amendments and completions), observing a deadline of 18 days before the deadline for submitting bids. - The contracting authority will respond collectively, clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the established deadline for bid submissions (art. 160 para. (2) and 161 para. (1) of Law 98/2016 and art. 27 para. (2)-(4) and art. 103 para. (2) of HG 395/2016). - The contracting authority will not respond to a request for clarification/additional information received within the 17 days prior to the established deadline for bid submission, as the request is considered to have been submitted late.
